## Description

We are seeking a Mobile Funeral Arranger to join our team at Co-op Funeralcare. As a Mobile Funeral Arranger, you will be responsible for arranging funerals and providing support to families in various locations across Northallerton, Thirsk, Ripon, Harrogate, Wetherby, and York.

The role involves:

- Travelling to meet clients and building positive relationships with the community

- Supporting clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits, and answering questions

- Ensuring the funeral home is clean, safe, and welcoming

- Working with digital systems and devices to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements, and invoicing

- Supporting the manual handling of coffins and assisting in the care and preparation of the deceased

- Updating client management applications with accurate and timely information

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

- Good communication skills and the ability to work confidently on your own

- Basic IT skills and the ability to use a range of technology devices and systems

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy

- High levels of empathy, discretion, and care

- The ability to carry out the physical elements of the role
