### Senior Product Manager, Health and Telemetry

Ford Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the telemetry and battery health software for its battery energy storage products. These products capture asset performance data and use AI to diagnose and forecast asset health, enabling customers to monitor and manage assets while improving service efficiency.

### Responsibilities

- Own and lead telemetry and battery health software for Ford Energy's battery energy storage products

- Define the roadmap for products capturing asset data and turning it into a clear picture of asset health

- Lead AI deployment to find faults before outages, ensuring system reliability at fleet scale

- Develop business cases grounded in customer research and outcomes such as uptime, warranty, and cost-to-serve

- Work on data access, security, and approvals with Cybersecurity, Legal, and customers

- Identify AI opportunities for fault detection, health estimation, and degradation forecasting

- Conduct deep-dive analyses of telemetry and service data to identify improvement opportunities

- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with various teams from concept to launch

- Implement AI-powered feedback loops to monitor customer feedback and prioritize improvements

- Synthesize insights into high-impact recommendations for executive leadership

### Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive growth in Product Management

- 5+ years of experience leading digital product development or AI-enabled products

- 3+ years of experience delivering AI-enabled features

- Experience building systems where AI operates autonomously

- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-focused skills

### Salary

The salary range for this position is $115,500-$218,100.
