## Description

We are seeking a VOT Driver: Heat Pumps & Photovoltaics - On-Site Inspections with Customers to join our team at Vattenfall Next Energy Solutions GmbH.

As part of the Vattenfall group, we bring the energy transition to our customers' homes by offering connected energy solutions including heat pumps, solar plants, energy storage, and wallboxes.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections at our customers' premises in the West (postcode areas 4/5/6), North (postcode areas 2/3), East (postcode areas 0/1), or South (postcode areas 72/97).

Your tasks will include:

- Carrying out assigned on-site appointments with customers in your region

- Recording building and project data using a digital checklist

- Creating photo documentation according to a fixed image catalogue for heat pumps and photovoltaics

- Capturing rooms using 3D scanning as a basis for heating load calculation and heating surface testing

- Taking images of roof surfaces using a drone

- Clarifying construction freedom and possibilities for material delivery

- Checking the plausibility of information - our team will take care of the technical evaluation and planning in the background

- Being a friendly and reliable contact person for customers on site

Requirements:

- Class B driving licence

- Secure handling of tablet and smartphone

- Accuracy: you work structured according to specifications and don't miss anything

- Friendly, calm demeanour with customers

- Manual understanding
