## Description

The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join the Adults with Learning Disabilities team. The team provides support to residents with learning disabilities, focusing on strengths-based social work and achieving the best outcomes for service users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Completing assessments and reviews using the statutory framework of the Care Act

- Maintaining exceptional standards of casework using supervision and case trackers

- Supporting the development of the team through attendance in team development sessions and peer group supervision

- Contributing to ensuring that commissioned services are cost-effective and participating in the co-production of service improvements with service users and family carers

- Covering duty on an ad hoc basis and taking on the role of enquiry officer for statutory safeguarding enquiries
