## Description

As a Store Manager at Mejuri, you will drive growth and awareness of the brand in your store and market. You will lead a team and create a highly productive store environment, exceeding customer expectations and promoting the Mejuri values.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and provide oversight on all aspects of profit, customer, people, merchandising, and operations in your store.

- Drive revenue and exceed targets.

- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience.

- Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings.

- Manage inventory, order fulfillment, storage, and organization.

- Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house and store supplies.

- Mitigate internal, external, and administrative loss of product.

- Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks.

- Coach and inform store team members on updates or changes to Visual Merchandising standard practices.

- Build healthy relationships with people and establish a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

- Experience in high-volume retail environment.

- Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.

- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Deep local knowledge and informed of trends in retail.
