## About the role

As a Senior Restaurant Onboarding Specialist at Wolt, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that restaurant and retail partners have a seamless onboarding experience. This involves coordinating with various teams to provide excellent service, informing partners about processes and procedures, and monitoring progress using tools like Monday.com.

## Responsibilities

- Communicate with internal teams to coordinate merchant onboarding and service experience

- Inform partners about processes and procedures via form, email, and phone, primarily in German

- Monitor processes and track progress using Monday.com and other Wolt software

- Continuously learn, master, and improve systems, tools, and processes

## Requirements

- Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions

- Customer-centric mentality with experience working with people of varying technical levels

- Multiple years of experience in sales, support, operations, or account management

- Goal-setting and achievement skills

- Organised, meticulous, and impeccable communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in diverse team environments

- Analytical and critical thinking skills

- Fluency in German and English (at least C1); knowledge of other languages is a plus
