## Description

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Manager – Volunteer Experience & Enablement. The successful candidate will join the Community Impact and Investment team, focusing on maximizing the impact of associate support channels and tech capabilities.

**The Opportunity** The Community Impact and Investment team is executing a multiyear transformation to align business strategy with social impact. The Senior Associate, Project Manager will directly support the team by optimizing processes and experiences on the Volunteer Impact Portal, representing the team's vision to product and tech partners, managing engagement networks, and expanding giving programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Serve as the voice of Associate Enablement to product and tech teams, ensuring business requirements and associate user experience needs are integrated into the Volunteer Impact Portal development roadmap.

- Grow and evolve the enterprise-wide Community Champions program, and manage associate support channels.

- Help scope, design, and determine feasibility of an associate donations program.

- Build active feedback mechanisms across support channels to surface platform pain points and continuously improve enablement tools.

**Basic Qualifications**

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

- At least 1 year of experience in project management, program management, or process management.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

- 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, or process management.

- Experience working with enterprise-wide tech platforms or digital enablement tools.

**Salary Information** The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100
