We are seeking a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target.

As a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will be part of a team that focuses on stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often on weekends and holidays, to ensure that our guests have a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Stock, set, and sell Target products

- Provide excellent guest service

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

- Adapt to current technology needs

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

Requirements:

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
