## Description

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Thermal Engineer to join its NÜ Metal team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of thermal management experience and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. They will be responsible for owning the architecture, design, and evolution of thermals for high-density, GPU-accelerated data centers. This includes designing, validating, and optimizing rack-level and server-level thermal solutions, partnering with data center teams to define end-to-end thermal architecture, and collaborating with world-class engineers developing next-generation AI/ML hardware platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong thermal design expertise, experience leading cross-functional design efforts in fast-paced environments, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. They will also be able to mentor and support the growth of junior engineers.
