## Description

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join our Wise Platform team in Singapore. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, managing end-to-end program/project lifecycles from kickoff to launch while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses

- Overcome project blockers with strong problem-solving and influencing skills

- Use project governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, and accountability across workstreams

- Manage delivery risks for deals, including project, financial, compliance, and reputational risks

- Build and nurture excellent relationships with partners

- Confidently explain financial technology solutions and lead process improvements

Requirements:

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally in the banking/fintech sectors

- Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

- Extensive experience in leading API and SWIFT-based payment integrations

- Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks through strong project governance

- Demonstrable experience in delivering payment integrations while adhering to market-specific regulatory requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
