## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury - House of Fraser Belfast. As a true brand ambassador, you will reflect the Charlotte Tilbury values and be enthusiastic to meet and exceed targets, driving team performance through motivation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators

- Supporting the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with Retail Artists to agree sales objectives and deliver them

- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for the Company's performance

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and creating a customer experience

- Coaching and giving feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved

- Implementing individual and team development plans and conducting regular reviews

- Creating a positive and cooperative team culture in store

- Proposing plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success

- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

- Retail management experience

- A genuine passion for the beauty industry

- Commercial acumen

- People management experience

- Strategic planning experience
