## Description

We are seeking an Associate, Customer Success (Linehaul) to join our team in Guangzhou.

You will work closely with the front-end sales team to collect and understand customer information and shipping plans, create system accounts, and provide good service experience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer information and create system accounts

- Monitor logistics status, supervise timeliness, and provide excellent service experience

- Analyze daily logistics exceptions, filter effective information, and feedback to internal teams to solve problems quickly

- Regularly summarize customer feedback, detect process defects, and propose optimization demands

- Conduct data analysis on logistics operation issues, communicate with teams, and seek solutions

Requirements:

- Logistics management, international trade, or business administration related major, with a bachelor's degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in air freight international logistics operation or customer operation, familiar with air freight import and export business knowledge and industry terms

- Fluent in English, with ability to use office software, especially G-suite

- Able to identify operation problems through data analysis and provide solutions for customers

- Good customer communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance, and adaptability

- Certain customer negotiation skills or experience, willing to accept occasional business trips

The salary range is ¥6,000 - ¥8,000 per month.
