## Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a focus on backend development to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering & Product department, you will play a crucial role in expanding the functionality of our system.

Our company, ElevenLabs, is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model and today serve millions of users and thousands of businesses.

**Responsibilities**

- Build and maintain our platform on top of our cutting-edge voice models, used by millions of users.

- Improve existing products to ensure they're intuitive, powerful, and make innovative use of our research team's latest breakthroughs.

- Maintain and strengthen our internal infrastructure as we scale and grow to ensure our products remain live, performant, and secure.

- Collaborate closely with engineers and others from the Frontend, Growth, and Sales teams to understand and design solutions for our customers.

**Requirements**

- Expertise in Python.

- Strong background in backend development.

- Familiarity with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, data structures, etc.

- Knowledge about test design and security fundamentals.

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with Kubernetes.

- Experience with Stripe or other payment processing providers.

- Basic understanding of how AI models work.
