## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions. The successful candidate will own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside the standard multi-tenant SaaS, including Grafana Federal Cloud and Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC).

The mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organisations that can't use standard SaaS due to compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints.

Key responsibilities:

- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products

- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products

- Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments

- Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals

- Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting authorisation or existing customer commitments

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product

- Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model

- Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools

- Clear product and go-to-market judgment

- Interest in working with US public sector customers

Nice to have:

- Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers

- Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks

- Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models

- Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products

In Germany, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 124,571 - EUR 149,485.
