As a Planning & Performance SME, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Business & Technology (FBT) team, providing planning, performance, and accounting expertise to various businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring and analyzing supply chain cash costs
* Preparing monthly performance reports and management presentations
* Tracking actuals vs. budget and forecast; explaining variances
* Identifying cost drivers and trends; highlighting risks and opportunities
* Supporting cost optimization and productivity initiatives
* Supporting rolling forecasting and annual budgeting processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
* MBA or professional certification (CMA/CPA) is a plus
* Relevant Bp business experience and knowledge
* 2–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, performance management, or supply chain finance
* Experience in a global or matrix organization is a plus
