## Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our store team in Bracknell, Berkshire. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store

- Manage the front-end checkout operation

- Manage operations in the petrol station (if applicable)

- People management, including performance and capability management

- Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times

**Requirements:**

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced environment

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment

- Proven success in delivering against KPIs

- Experience managing complex people matters
