## Description

Drive and motivate agencies to achieve business targets through marketing and incentive initiatives, supporting PAD projects, events, and providing assistance to intermediate and agency forces.

### Roles and Responsibilities:

#### Business Planning

- Assist in formulating business plans to engage and uplift agency force's competencies and drive their activity and productivity.

- Implement and promote PAD strategies, initiatives, and events in collaboration with various departments and agency forces to achieve business targets.

- Support agency and company events from planning to execution.

- Prepare and conduct presentations to communicate company/PAD information to agency forces.

- Monitor and review agency production progress and follow up with intermediates.

- Produce regular reports on agency contests and performance for review.

#### Agency Support

- Provide professional services and support to agencies, liaising with internal departments to resolve complicated issues.

- Handle agency inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.

#### Other Responsibilities

- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisors to meet operational requirements.

### Minimum Job Requirements:

- Degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, or Economics.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis.

- Experience in the insurance, banking, or wealth management industry is preferable.

- Self-motivated, independent, with strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills.

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

- Conversant in MS Word applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

- The incumbent must obtain relevant licenses if the job involves regulated activities.
