We are currently seeking a final-year student intern to join our Technology & Process Optimisation team in London, focusing on Stations and Onboard Systems.

Our stations rely on various systems to operate, including sales and after-sales, ticket validation, border control, passenger flow monitoring, and disruption management. Some of these systems are critical, and without them, operations would come to a halt.

As an intern, you will provide support, maintenance, and evolution of the systems used in Eurostar stations. You will work on concrete tools, with a direct impact on the experience of thousands of travellers.

**Your missions:**

- Accompany the Stations Systems team and contribute to implementing projects and system evolutions in stations

- Participate in the workflow within the Stations Systems team and follow project lifecycles

- Conduct technical analyses to resolve incidents and propose solutions adapted to users' needs and difficulties

- Identify, understand, and report risks and problems to key stakeholders

- Contribute to managing and delivering new station application projects, as well as other key applications used in our stations

- Ensure a balanced workload among project suppliers, monitor their availability and performance

- Provide clear communication between all business stakeholders

- Help shape the future of Eurostar station systems: work on key projects related to station information systems, operational and customer service areas (Windows connection, real-time dashboards, tests with Departure Control System)

**Requirements:**

- Master's student (Bac+5) or equivalent, currently in training

- Very good command of English

- First experience in software development and IT technical environment

- First experience in project management is a plus
