## Description

As a CISS Product Engineer at HP, you will own the form, fit, and function of HP Print-heads and provide engineering resolutions to product and manufacturing issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing a strong Product Quality System across the value chain

- Providing resolution and implementing engineering solutions to product and manufacturing issues

- Engaging with R&D and Product Development for new product introductions and extensions

- Identifying risks early in the program and determining test methods to characterize the product

- Characterizing the product to ensure understanding of risks and addressing them

- Driving Product Qualification and Change Management processes

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing line productivity, yield, and quality

- Conceptualizing, developing, and delivering solutions to simplify processes and reduce costs

To succeed in this role, you typically have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Material Engineering

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume electronics product manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership and organization skills

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

- Good understanding of quality assurance and process control

- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Ability to work well under stress and across functions

- Fast learning, proactive, and self-driven attitude

- Technical inclination and hands-on personality
