## Description

As a Business Specialist, you will provide business insights through analysing, forecasting, reporting, and monitoring commercial information to support business improvement programs.

You will be part of an iconic Australian brand with a global presence, working in a team that prioritises well-being and choice.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Agile product ownership: backlog input, coordinating feature teams, pilots, and phased rollout

- Software development lifecycle and release management

- ITIL-aligned change, planned outage, and incident communication

- Business readiness and organisational change management

- Continuous improvement intake and governance

- Product ownership of a geospatial platform modernisation

- Running improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders

- Producing training and support materials

- Presenting system changes to operational leadership and business forums

**About You**

- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline

- Gathering and analysing business requirements

- Pre-release testing and quality assurance

- Managing releases and communicating changes

- Coordinating application licences and user access

**Desirable**

- Product ownership or business analysis certification

- ITIL Foundation

**Industry Knowledge and Experience**

- 3+ years in an ICT business analysis, business systems, or product role

- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or field service operations

- Understanding of how field technicians work and how system changes affect day-to-day operational work

**Systems, Tools, and Technologies**

- Field workforce management, scheduling, and mobile technician applications

- Esri ArcGIS, including ArcGIS Field Maps

- Network mapping and records applications

- Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

- Delivery and backlog tools such as Jira and Confluence
