## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering a market-leading customer experience.

You'll be working in a high-demand environment, providing 1-to-1 styling in suits, offering a five-star bra fit experience, or creating a tailor-made beauty routine.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating genuine connections with customers through fitting appointments and style advice

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to provide a personalised five-star service

- Balancing speed and accuracy while maintaining high standards

- Adapting to where you're needed, when you're needed

The work pattern for this role is as follows:

- Week One: Sunday 13:00-17:00, Thursday 12:00-21:00

- Week Two: Saturday 06:00-10:00

- Christmas only: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
