Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide remarkable service to customers, ensuring they feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

**Schedule:**

- Tuesday 18:00 - 22:00

- Wednesday 18:00 - 22:00

- Friday 18:00 - 22:00

- Saturday 18:00 - 22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store
