As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be expected to actively support team efforts, adjust to business and guest needs, and demonstrate a service culture that prioritises the guest service experience.
