## Description

We’re Workday, a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. We're looking for a Financial Implementation Consultant to join our Healthcare Financials functional consulting team.

As a Financial Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's financial solutions for our healthcare customers and guiding them through transforming their financial operations.

**Key Areas of Responsibility:**

- Contribute to and help maintain healthcare standard practices to reflect new industry requirements and trends.

- Determine customer requirements and design and build tailored Workday financial solutions.

- Demonstrate the designed solutions to key stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle while guiding and supporting customer testing.

- Participate in updated training and other events that help share one’s product and industry skills with other consultants.

- Partner with the project management team by providing status reports and keeping them informed of overall project status.

- Participate in customer prospect discovery sessions.

- Mentor less experienced consultants.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of implementation or functional experience with Workday Financial Management software solutions (for P4 Senior Consultant) or 7+ years (for P5 Principal Consultant).

- 5+ years of consulting experience (for P4 Senior Consultant) or 7+ years (for P5 Principal Consultant).

- Experience with General Ledger along with one or more of the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expense Management, Cash Management, and Capital Projects.

- 5+ years of financial consulting experience with at least 2 healthcare industry implementations OR 5+ years of financial or accounting operational experience in healthcare organizations.

- Experience leading the Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) design and at least 2 other Workday financial areas during a project deployment is preferred.

- Passion for customer service and project management experience.

- Workday Accounting Center experience is a plus.

- Ability to connect with all levels of customer/prospect leadership.

- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

- Passionate about using AI technology to improve efficiency and streamline deployments.

- Experience guiding customers through AI adoption is a plus.

- Experience with multiple financial applications.

- Ability to balance multiple project engagements at a time.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - preferably in Finance or Accounting.

- Some travel is required (up to 30% annually).

**Pay Information:** The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
