## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Wise Platform team in APAC, focusing on growing and retaining existing partners in Indonesia.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth with our existing partners, identifying and executing growth opportunities, managing churn risk, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with Wise Platform teams and partners to identify, progress, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts

- Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for key accounts

- Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives and priorities

- Take a data-led approach to influencing decision-making with internal and external stakeholders

- Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements

- Bring the voice of the partner to influence Wise Platform product roadmaps

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in an Account Management role, managing payment solutions for large enterprises

- Track record of successfully driving revenue growth from accounts in your portfolio

- Experience with domestic and international payment schemes, ideally also in correspondent banking (SWIFT)

- Knowledge of and experience with the commercial banking and financial services landscape in Indonesia

- Ability to adapt quickly and manage high-growth commercial initiatives in a technical environment

- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
