## Description

We are seeking an Employment Lawyer or Senior Lawyer to join our highly regarded Employment team at HB Public Law, a shared legal service operated by Harrow Council. The successful candidate will carry a busy but interesting and varied caseload of Employment Tribunal claims, along with advising on general employment matters, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructures and TUPE. They will also attend employment tribunals and advise schools.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with litigation practising rights, experienced in employment law and tribunals, and comfortable managing their own caseload and prioritising competing demands.
