Job Purpose: Lead the development of different product propositions to increase penetration into various segments. Collaborate with Business Solution and PVA Product and Marketing teams to develop holistic product plans. Provide tailored solutions to meet customer demands and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

- Develop and implement product strategies for bank partners.

- Customize product solutions to meet the needs of various customer segments.

- Manage product launches and post-launch reviews.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance.

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Development/Product Solutions/Product Proposition in a Life Insurance Company/Bank.

- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
