## Description

As a Global Air Logistics Sourcing Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by:

- Leading global air RFQ analysis, compiling large sets of data, and providing feedback to air freight providers.

- Serving as the Global Air Freight Approval Tool contact for all global and regional actions.

- Maintaining and updating the Global Master Air Spot Approval File on a weekly basis.

- Coordinating spot approval files from third-party logistics providers and supporting communication with Freight Control teams.

- Reviewing spot shipment activity to determine when an OFA or new contract rate may be required.

- Inputting provider proposals and spot quote data to support weekly impact analysis.

- Uploading weekly air freight rates into AS400 for 3M Mexico.

- Supporting monthly reporting using Ship Angel, Infor Nexus, and other logistics tools.

- Gathering and consolidating regional and global air freight market insights and publishing quarterly updates for leadership.

- Supporting year-over-year analysis of key air freight lanes and rate compliance activities.

- Assisting freight forwarders and carriers with collection and processing of required logistics and regulatory documentation.

- Maintaining accurate sourcing, rate, spot approval, reporting, and audit-support documentation.

- Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to improve process consistency, data accuracy, and sourcing visibility.

To set you up for success in this role, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.

- Three years of experience in logistics sourcing, air freight, transportation, supply chain, procurement, freight forwarding, or a related field.

- Fluency in English.

Additional knowledge, nice-to-have skills, or preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience with air freight sourcing, spot quotes, rate management, or transportation procurement.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and data consolidation skills.

- Familiarity with logistics systems such as AS400, Keelvar, Jagger, Coupa, Ship Angel, Infor Nexus, freight approval tools, or TMS, ERP with knowledge in SAP, Blue Yonder, or Oracle.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly deliverables.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
