## Description

WSP India is seeking a Senior BIM Technician to join our Bridges team in Bengaluru. You will work as part of WSP GCC Sweden, focusing on producing detailed structural drawings using Tekla Structures – Concrete, AutoCAD, and/or Microstation.

### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural detailed and concept design drawings for bridges and construction types primarily in Sweden.

- Ensure compliance with WSP CAD/BIM Standards and Templates.

- Collaborate with the Sweden team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Maintain document control and quality assurance for all drawings.

- Develop and implement BIM and CAD standards.

- Create and maintain software template files.

- Automate routines to enhance productivity.

- Provide quality control for drawings.

- Assist in developing BIM documentation and workflow standards.

- Maximize project utilization.

- Design Tekla Structures connections and templates.

### Requirements

- Diploma in CAD or Bachelor’s Degree.

- 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience with 3D reinforcement in Tekla Structures - Concrete.

- Knowledge of Revit Software is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and self-motivation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
