## Description

We are seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany. As an HR Admin Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR processes, mainly focusing on HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting operational HR processes with high service orientation

- Providing competent advice to employees and management on local benefits

- Managing compensation and bonus processes

- Ensuring data quality and maintenance in the local SAP system

- Creating data analyses, reports, and KPI evaluations for HR operations

- Preparing relevant data for payroll processing

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Completed training as a personnel clerk or similar qualification, or a completed degree

- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

- Secure application of HR systems, ideally with experience in SAP-based solutions

- Practical experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Compensation & Benefits is desirable

- Basic knowledge of wage tax and social insurance law is beneficial

- High-quality awareness and structured, precise, and detail-oriented work style

- Pronounced trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

- Independent, careful, and responsible way of working combined with high service orientation
