## Description

We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract at The Sidings, Waterloo, London. As the public face of the Security Team, you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of security.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with visitors and tenants, delivering first-class customer service

- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, being proactive and looking for opportunities to assist

- Safeguard the site, ensuring a safe and non-threatening environment for all visitors

- Manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures

- Liaise with the site control room and colleagues to respond to incidents

- Report any unsecure areas of the site to the Control Room and take action to resolve

- Record and log all non-conformances and emergencies

- Deal efficiently and effectively with emergencies, keeping the Centre team informed

- Monitor and surveil suspect individuals, logging and reporting incidents

- Maintain vigilance and manage unauthorised access by banned individuals

- Adhere to radio procedures and notebook policies

- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required

Requirements:

- SIA Door Supervisors licence

- CCTV license

- First Aid Training

- Professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor
