## Description

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Go-to-Market Systems team. This high-impact role focuses on building products, workflows, and AI capabilities to help the GTM organization scale efficiently and quickly.

The ideal candidate will define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for GTM AI technology. They will deeply understand seller and stakeholder pain points, identify opportunities for automation, and build AI-powered tools to improve seller productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for GTM AI technology

- Understanding seller and stakeholder pain points and identifying opportunities for automation

- Building AI-powered tools to improve seller productivity in areas such as account planning, pipeline management, and customer acquisition

- Defining and improving data foundations for GTM AI strategy

- Leading cross-functional efforts across engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders

- Translating GTM strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilities

- Driving adoption and change management for new AI capabilities

Requirements:

- 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, Enterprise SaaS technology, and AI-powered tooling

- Strong fluency in modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools

- Proven ability to drive cross-functional influence, strategic alignment, and executive communication

- Highly analytical with experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to prioritize product investments

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with digital advertising or consumption-based business models

- Experience implementing enterprise AI technology at scale
