Join M&S as a Customer Assistant where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently delivering style advice or recommending and selling our newest products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

- Work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Digitally confident

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday, 18:00-22:00 and 08:00-12:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
