## Description

Leidos' Defense Sensors organisation is seeking a Program Integrator to support the execution of emerging technology radar programs in Huntsville, Alabama. The successful candidate will serve as the primary on-site program execution representative, working closely with program leadership.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day program activities, aligning local engineering and functional teams, tracking execution against program objectives, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. The position requires someone who can operate independently, establish priorities, and make timely decisions consistent with the Program Manager's direction.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Serve as the primary on-site program execution representative in Huntsville, coordinating daily activities with the Program Manager.

- Coordinate engineering, software, integration, test, and other functional teams to ensure program activities remain aligned with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

- Monitor day-to-day program execution, identify emerging issues and risks, and work with program leadership and functional managers to develop and implement corrective actions.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between the Huntsville execution team, program leadership, and other program stakeholders.

- Track program priorities, action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

- Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual requirements.

- Represent program leadership in local meetings and activities, making decisions within delegated authority and elevating issues as appropriate.

- Provide regular program status updates, including accomplishments, challenges, risks, and upcoming priorities.

**Basic Qualifications**

- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 4+ years or prior relevant experience.

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams in a defense development environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve execution issues, and work independently with limited supervision.

- Familiarity with program schedules, budgets, risk management, and technical deliverables.

- Experience working with geographically distributed program teams.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence teams without direct supervisory authority.

- Must be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.

- Must be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior experience as a program coordinator, program integrator, or program manager.

- Experience supporting defense programs.

- Experience supporting classified programs.

- Active Top Secret clearance.

**Pay Range:** $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
