## Sales Achievements

- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale

- Master the steps of a sale, including welcome, discovery, convincing, closing, and developing client relationships

- Adapt to clients' needs and motivations

- Strive to continuously improve and surprise clients

- Handle negotiations and objections with ease

- Transmit the passion and values of the Maison

- Act as the privileged contact for clients in case of Care Service

- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

## Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty

- Efficiently develop the client portfolio

- Execute targeted CRM actions

- Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison

## Daily Boutique Operations

- Respect all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures

- Participate in inventories

- Participate in the setup and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique

- Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines

- Assist with special projects when requested
