## Description

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Dallas. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.

### Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will:

- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed

- Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores

- Ensure effective service to customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull executional standards

#### Key Areas of Responsibility:

- **Training**: Participate in the training program, with eligibility to interview for Account Sales Manager roles upon successful completion

- **Business Acumen**: Understand Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, establish professional relationships with customers

- **Daily Preparation**: Obtain necessary tools, communicate with ASMs/DSMs, train with ASMs

- **In Route Support**: Cover ASM routes, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- **Off Route Support**: Support audits, blitz, building displays, merchandising to drive sales

### Requirements

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
