The Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader role at Target involves leading a team of consultants in Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics to drive sales growth and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Drive total store sales and contribute to profitability

- Create a guest-obsessed culture and prioritize guest experience

- Manage a team to plan merchandising and pricing workload

- Lead backroom processes, organization, and replenishment of the sales floor

- Develop and coach team members to elevate their skills and expertise

- Establish a culture of accountability and performance management

- Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs

Requirements:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

- Ability to manage conflict and lead others

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making
