## Description

The Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations is responsible for providing domain expertise for international policy within Capital One's Global Payment Network. This role supports risk remediation to Capital One clients and partners, and manages a direct report.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering operational insights to enhance international network policies.

- Create and execute on strategies for network policy consolidation or other international operational strategic priorities.

- Manage a direct report, displaying a passion for developing their team through leadership style.

- Demonstrated ability to oversee risk and controls that fall under direct reports' responsibilities.

Requirements:

- People Leadership experience, including direct management.

- Experience within the financial services or payments industry, particularly in acquiring and issuing, and key payments products including EMV, Contactless, and Digital Payments.

- Experience either developing, analyzing, or providing recommendations for policy from an operational perspective.

- Strong working knowledge of the payments ecosystem.

- Knowledge of regulatory environments that may drive operational policy is considered a plus.
