## Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Management (ORM) - Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will play a key part in embedding ESG and Reputational Risk within the Bank's Operational Risk Management framework.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supporting the continued integration of ESG into the Bank's operational risk control frameworks

- Ongoing development and monitoring of the Operational Risk framework related to ESG

- Ownership of the associated ESG and reputational risk policy documents

- Policy adherence across the ESG and reputational risk space

- Associated ESG and risk reporting

- Setting of minimum control/governance standards across ESG and reputational risk

- Building relationships with key stakeholders across businesses and control functions

- Supporting Reputational Risk activities, including framework enhancements, governance and reporting

**Requirements:**

- 5-8 years' experience in the financial sector with similar analysis and risk roles in the operational risk space

- Demonstrable experience in an ESG-related risk and controls focused role in the financial sector

- Strong knowledge of key regulations related to ESG (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy etc) and experience in implementation requirements

- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills

- Strong people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop colleagues
