## Description

As an intern in this practical training program, you will have the opportunity to participate in implementing solutions provided by the PM&I team at IQVIA for pharmaceutical industry clients through various short projects, taking on different roles such as business analyst, data analyst, and BI solution developer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Participate in collecting and analyzing customer requirements

- Support the team in designing and implementing BI solutions: data warehouse, ETL, dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.)

- Perform quantitative and qualitative controls to identify and solve problems

- Contribute to creating project support documents: recording specifications and creating user manuals

- Participate in customer support service - coordinate the incident and problem resolution process and maintain communication for better customer service

**Essential Qualifications:**

- BSc or MSc degree ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field

- Excellent knowledge of English, strong oral and written communication skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks

- Teamwork and responsibility

- Willingness to work effectively with others inside and outside the organization to achieve team goals

- Effective time management skills

- Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and BI tools is desirable.
