A lead artist is a true brand ambassador who lives and breathes our values. Combining artistry and commerce, our lead artists drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry.

A lead artist has a track record of delivering results at retail artist level and can lead by example and coach retail artist teams to succeed.

Key responsibilities include leading by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs, creating brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge, and being proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, engaging and personable communication skills, and experience as an artist with a proven track record in driving personal sales.
