## Description

Our Warehouse Administrators are crucial to our logistics operation, ensuring accurate stock data and serving as a vital link between the warehouse floor and our Head Office teams.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will:

- Manage and monitor the daily stock file to ensure 100% accuracy

- Lead daily reconciliation investigations to resolve stock discrepancies

- Collaborate with various departments to manage faulty items and update reports

- Produce detailed daily and weekly reports for the management team

- Navigate and update multiple platforms including Matflow, Mainframe, STS, Google, NPMS, and Vision

- Maintain professional relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in administration, preferably within a warehouse or logistics setting

- High PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, including formulae and macros

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment

- Keen eye for detail when handling complex data
