We are seeking a (Senior) At Your Service Agent to join our team at Courtyard, a Marriott International brand, in Hong Kong.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable and unique experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of services, addressing guest requests, and ensuring that every interaction feels like part of the experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests

- Completing reports and sharing local area highlights

- Maintaining a safe work environment and following company policies and procedures

- Upholding quality standards and protecting company assets

- Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- No related work experience required

- No supervisory experience required

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
