## Description

As a Rooms Division Supervisor at Princess Cruises, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel services. With a minimum of two years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role, you will be responsible for supporting, training, and mentoring junior staff to deliver exceptional guest service. You will also be required to have a complete understanding of public health and environmental requirements, as well as solid supervisory skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly

- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including cleaning schedules and inventory management
