## Description

We are seeking an Assets Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Assets Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $24.25 - $26.25, with a full pay range of $24.25 - $41.25 per hour.

In this role, you will:

- Use surveillance and intelligence-led tactics to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment

- Monitor video surveillance systems to identify potential theft risks

- Implement Assets Protection practices and routines to reduce shortage

- Document cases and identify strategic resolutions to external theft and fraud

- Collaborate with store leaders and public safety officials to build relationships and prevent theft

A typical day will include:

- Creating an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Preventing and resolving theft

- Responding to security incidents and submitting documentation
