## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to join our team at Priory Highbank Centre, a 19-bedded facility for neuro-rehabilitation and complex neuro-disability.

As a Clinical Nurse Lead, you will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. You will be working in conjunction with other experienced members of the multidisciplinary team, including a Consultant, GP, nurses, physiotherapists, speech and language therapist, neuropsychologist, and external professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Promoting, monitoring, and implementing standards for service provision within the clinical environments

- Providing clinical leadership and positive role modelling to the whole team

- Developing close working relationships with external professionals and clinical colleagues

- Leading the clinical team at site and directly supervising the nursing team

- Conducting and organising pre-admission assessments and carrying out nursing and neuro assessments

- Composing nursing reports and attending multidisciplinary team meetings

- Leading the implementation of new innovations within the site and sharing best practice with colleagues

- Undertaking on-call duties as part of the leadership team

You will be an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with post-qualification experience, preferably working in a neurological or complex care service.
