## Description

We're looking for a Specialist, CRP & Customer Service to join our team in Guangzhou. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints and enquiries through various channels

- Provide solutions and respond to customer concerns in a timely manner

- Collect and verify information, communicate with relevant departments, and make decisions on case handling

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines

- Assist in regional complaint management and reporting

- Provide frontline service and promote operational information

- Perform statistical analysis and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Medicine, Finance, Insurance, or related fields

- Experience in regulatory complaint handling, regional complaint management, report writing, and consumer protection is preferred

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to write fluently in Chinese and English

- Strong customer service skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving attitude

- Responsible, patient, mature, and team-oriented, with strong learning and stress-handling abilities
