## Description

Eurostar International is seeking an Expert ECE B for its COSMOS project, focusing on the Transmanche fleet. The successful candidate will serve as the business and IT reference for the new systems being deployed.

The COSMOS project, launched in January 2026, aims to implement a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and modernised maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of safety, reliability, availability, and regulatory compliance for the Transmanche fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the point of reference for the new ECE B processes and supporting IT systems, including drafting target processes

- Serving as the reference for maintenance data within the specified scope

- Collaborating with SNCF stakeholders carrying out tasks within this scope on behalf of the COSMOS project

- Supporting change management through training delivery, creation of training materials, and operational presence during key project phases

- Providing expertise on reference data and maintenance regimes for the e300 and e320 fleet, as well as the new Celestia fleet

- Ensuring expertise in maintenance reference data for the Transmanche fleet within new tools

The contract is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.

The role requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the rail industry, maintenance processes, and relevant regulations.
