## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations Associate - Technical Projects to join their team. As a member of the Functional or Division Operations team, you will work on high-leverage problems, combining operational rigor, technical curiosity, and strategic thinking to build solutions that scale.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles. They should be technical, data-driven, and able to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities include owning and delivering cross-functional initiatives from zero to one, operating across both hardware and software, developing analytics and tooling that shape decision-making, and project managing across teams.

The salary range for this role is $113,000-$149,000 USD, and highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, income protection, generous time off, and a retirement savings plan.
