## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Murray Co. Medical Center in Slayton. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with patients and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals

- Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home

- Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.50 - $52.00 per hour, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
